These Subscription & Billing Terms apply when you subscribe to a paid plan or use features that depend on payment. By subscribing or paying, you agree to these terms in addition to our Website & App Terms of Use (Master Terms).
We offer subscription plans as described on our website and at checkout. Plan limits and inclusions may change with reasonable notice. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of your paid plan, we will give you notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Prices are excluding GST. GST will be added to invoices where applicable by law.

Our standard policy is that fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you are a consumer, statutory guarantees and remedies cannot be excluded.
We provide support on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee a particular response time or uptime unless we have agreed otherwise in writing (e.g. a separate service level agreement).
On cancellation or termination of your subscription, you may request an export of your data. We will provide data in a reasonable format and within a reasonable time, subject to our Privacy Policy and backup cycle. We do not retain production data indefinitely after account closure.
Nothing in these Subscription & Billing Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy or any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Subject to the ACL and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with billing, subscription or payment is limited as set out in the Master Terms (e.g. to resupply of services or cost of resupply).
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Please contact us first to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute.
